1. Information We Collect

Neon Launch collects minimal information necessary to operate the Platform. We do not require traditional account registration (email, password). The information we collect includes:

  • Wallet Addresses -- your public Avalanche C-Chain address, used for authentication via Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE) and to associate your activity on the Platform.
  • On-Chain Data -- transaction hashes, contract addresses, token configurations, and other data published to the Avalanche blockchain through your use of the Platform.
  • Usage Analytics -- page views, feature usage patterns, and interaction data used to improve the Platform experience.
  • Telegram Chat IDs -- if you voluntarily link your Telegram account for notifications, we store your chat ID to deliver messages.

2. How We Use Information

  • Authentication -- verifying wallet ownership through SIWE to issue session tokens (JWT).
  • Notifications -- sending in-app and optional Telegram alerts for presale events, vesting milestones, admin actions, and project updates.
  • Analytics -- understanding usage patterns to improve platform features and user experience.
  • Platform Operations -- tracking project states, managing presale stages, vesting schedules, and liquidity lock statuses.
  • Security -- detecting and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse.

3. Blockchain Data

The Avalanche C-Chain is a public, immutable blockchain. Any data you publish to the chain through the Platform (token deployments, presale contributions, vesting claims, liquidity transactions) becomes permanently and publicly visible. This data cannot be modified, deleted, or made private after confirmation. You should consider this when using the Platform and avoid publishing any information you wish to keep confidential.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser storage mechanisms to maintain your session and preferences:

  • JWT Authentication Tokens -- stored to maintain your authenticated session across page loads.
  • Wallet Connection State -- remembering your connected wallet provider between visits.
  • UI Preferences -- any display preferences or settings you configure.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services that may collect their own data:

  • WalletConnect -- handles wallet connections and may process connection metadata.
  • Cloudflare -- provides hosting for the website builder feature and may collect request-level data per their privacy policy.
  • Telegram Bot API -- delivers notifications to users who opt in. Telegram processes messages per their privacy policy.
  • DEX Routers -- decentralized exchange interactions are governed by the respective DEX protocols.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

6. Data Retention

Off-chain data (database records, notification history, analytics) is retained for as long as necessary to provide Platform services and comply with legal obligations. On-chain data is permanent and outside our ability to delete. Telegram chat IDs are retained until you unlink your account or request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access -- request a copy of the off-chain data we hold about your wallet address.
  • Deletion -- request deletion of off-chain data (notification preferences, Telegram link, analytics). On-chain data cannot be deleted.
  • Opt-Out -- unlink your Telegram account or disable notifications at any time through Platform settings.

8. Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data stored on our servers, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), signed authentication tokens (JWT), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has used the Platform, we will take steps to remove their off-chain data.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
